Sprig is a vegetarian concept pop-up restaurant, serving innovative and interesting dishes. The ethos of Sprig is very much into the freshness of the produce and treating them in a way to create delicious and interesting dishes using different textures and techniques.
Peter, the chef behind the concept has been cooking for over 12 years working in some of the best restaurants in the country. He was a member of the opening team of chefs at Dinner by Heston Blumenthal and was sous chef at the opening of Cafe Royal as well as the exclusive Chiltern Firehouse. Peter has created an exciting and quirky menu for the pop-up at Vagabond which will give the diner an exciting vegetarian experience to remember.
The pop up at the Holloway Road branch of VagabondN will feature a 5 course (vegan) tasting menu for £35, which includes a glass of delicious mulled cider on arrival. The dates for the pop up are the 21st, 22nd, 28th & 29th January.
